No. The Mini Reset is open to the public by appointment.
🌿 What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing is recommended. For cold plunge sessions, swimwear is recommended but not required.
🌿 Is this a guided service?
No. The Mini Reset is a self-guided, access-based experience with limited assistance.
🌿 Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. Appointments must be rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance. Late changes may result in forfeiture.
🌿 Are walk-ins allowed?
No. All visits are by appointment only.
🌿 Is there an age requirement?
Yes. This is an 18+ space. Valid ID is required.
🌿 Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not permitted. Trained service animals are welcome and must remain under control at all times.
🌿 Can I bring my own items?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring personal items. We also offer select add-ons and refreshments through the booking portal.

Cold plunge access may be shared depending on bookings. It must be reserved as an add-on.

You should consult a professional if you have concerns. All amenities are used at your own discretion.
