Yes. A one-time waiver must be completed before your first visit.

No. The Mini Reset is open to the public by appointment.

๐ŸŒฟ What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing is recommended. For cold plunge sessions, swimwear is recommended but not required.

๐ŸŒฟ Is this a guided service?

No. The Mini Reset is a self-guided, access-based experience with limited assistance.

๐ŸŒฟ Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes. Appointments must be rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance. Late changes may result in forfeiture.

๐ŸŒฟ Are walk-ins allowed?

No. All visits are by appointment only.

๐ŸŒฟ Is there an age requirement?

Yes. This is an 18+ space. Valid ID is required.

๐ŸŒฟ Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are not permitted. Trained service animals are welcome and must remain under control at all times.

Yes. Youโ€™re welcome to bring personal items. We also offer select add-ons and refreshments through the booking portal.ย

Cold plunge access may be shared depending on bookings. It must be reserved as an add-on.

You should consult a professional if you have concerns. All amenities are used at your own discretion.

Missed appointments are forfeited. Please reschedule in advance when possible.
