The Mini Reset is an appointment-based, access-focused experience. Each booking reserves time and preparation for your visit.
Because of this, all sales are subject to the following refund policy.
🌿 Appointments & Sessions
All booked sessions are non-refundable.
We understand that plans can change, so we offer the ability to reschedule:

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours notice

Missed or late appointments are forfeited

Same-day changes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability
🌿 Packages & Prepaid Sessions
All packages and prepaid sessions are non-refundable.

Sessions must be used within the stated timeframe (if applicable)

Unused sessions are not eligible for refund or cash value

Packages are non-transferable unless otherwise stated
🌿 Add-Ons & Enhancements
Add-ons are non-refundable once purchased.
If an add-on cannot be fulfilled due to availability or operational limitations, it may be:

Credited for future use
🌿 Products & Retail Items
All sales on snacks, beverages, and retail items are final.
We are not responsible for:

🌿 Facility Access & Experience
The Mini Reset provides access to a self-guided wellness environment.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Personal discomfort during use

Preference-based dissatisfaction

Misunderstanding of the self-guided experience
We encourage all guests to review service descriptions prior to booking.
🌿 Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases where The Mini Reset must cancel or cannot provide access, a reschedule or account credit will be offered.
Refunds may be considered at our discretion under these circumstances only.

Add-ons are non-refundable once purchased.
