Cancellation Policy

Deposit Requirement: A $50–$100 deposit is required to secure all bookings Deposit is applied toward total service cost Security Hold (Recommended for Equipment): A refundable hold of $50–$150 may be placed Released after equipment is returned in good condition Cancellations: 12+ hours notice → deposit can be transferred Less than 12 hours → deposit is forfeited No-Show Policy: No access to location or failure to respond = forfeited deposit Travel & Setup: Delivery included within service area Additional travel fees apply outside local range Agreement Statement: By paying, I understand and agree to the deposit, cancellation, and equipment responsibility terms and have signed all waivers and agreements associated with my rentals.
